How We Work

The Process...

When you contact us with potential project(s) we schedule an initial project meeting and send you summary notes within 48 hours of our meeting if we determine your project meets our criteria.

You receive a contract within 72 hours of your approval/edits of our meeting summary.

Work begins on your project within 48 hours of receiving your deposit and signed contract.

A presentation of initial draft concepts is scheduled, usually within 2 to 3 weeks, face-to-face or via email, depending on the project.

Additional deadlines are set incrementally for completion of each phase of a project—identity including logo, web/print media, package design, etc.
